Ate my first 'Pinsa' here, which I didn't know until then. The dough is made fresh in the house. Simply fantastic, whether antipasti, pinsa, pasta or a good Italian wine, the chef Francesco Caruso only cooks with fresh food, original from southern Italy. He entertains all guests with passion, every time it is pure enjoyment, like on vacation in southern Italy, in the "Sapori del Sud" - aromas of the south.

This must be one of the best restaurants for Italian pizza (pinsa) and wine that we have ever tasted! We dropped by this town after our trip in Italy on our way back to Berlin with our camper, and this place has a wonderful vibe and service. Genuinely Italian. The owner is incredibly nice. Try it out as you will not regret it.

This pizza is the best I've ever had. Super, homemade, crispy dough and really fresh, delicious topping. With original buffalo mozzarella. A really high quality standard.

We have never been given such a warm welcome as by Francesco! He does it with heart and soul! The food is just amazing! No matter if pasta, pinsa or antipasti .. wine selection is also excellent .. really very, very recommendable !!!! Small but OHO !!! I love it!

Delicious food. Super are e.g. the Fussili with salsiccia in tomato sauce. During the week you get a spot spontaneously :)

Insider tip! Very good food, all freshly prepared, nice chef. One of the best Italians in the region. Also priced very well for the quality.

The sapori del sud in Manching is a good delicatessen where you can eat delicious antipasti ..... pinsa ...... pasta ..... dishes, the wine selection is also very good ...... you can also shopping for at home ...... my conclusion: owner is very nice and friendly a visit is recommended👍
